Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term)

 

Start:        Nov 2017

Salary:     Starting Grade 15, Point 9: £15,375 p.a. (£11,170 pro rata)

Hours:     32.5 hrs per week, term time only (8.30am – 3.30pm)

Contract: Nov 17 - Aug 2018

 

We are looking for a highly motivated Teaching Assistant for half a term to join the team in our happy and thriving school.

Lunchtime Play Leader x 2

 

Start:        October 2017

Salary:      Grade 16, Pt 7 - £15,115pa (£2,535 Pro rata) £7.83p/hr

Hours:       7.5hrs/wk (11.45am - 1.15pm) Monday to Friday.  Term time only

Contract:  Permanent

 

We are looking for 2 Lunchtime Play Leaders to join the team in our happy and thriving school. The role requires someone who is enthusiastic and self-motivated and who has experience working with children within a play environment. They need to be patient and caring, a good team player who enjoys the company of children and show consistency and fairness to all children. The person appointed will play a key role in providing excellent care, acting as a role model to children and engaging them in constructive play activities at lunchtimes.

 

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with children

  • Be highly skilled, adaptable and flexible

  • Have the ability and skills to deal with a range of behaviours positively

  • Understand the importance of confidentiality

  • Experienced of working as a team
